This program is a statewide environmental recognition and reward program administered by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability.

USDA

USDA Organic Certified

We are certified by Ecocert, ICO LLC (70 E. Main St. Suite B, Greenwood, In 46143). As a part of our certification we track all organic coffee from farm to sale – all verified by an annual audit.  For any one of our coffees to be called “organic”, our suppliers have to be certified organic as well, so we carry certificates from every one of our green bean suppliers.

We are certified Fair Trade, by Fair Trade USA (1500 Broadway, Suite 400, Oakland, CA 94612 www.fairtradecertified.org). In order to retain this certification, we report our usage of Fair Trade coffee every quarter.
